Mobility is extremely important physical requirement for the golf swing especially thoracic mobility. Here are some options to help improve your thoracic mobility.

Glute activation is a key requirement for a good repetitive golf swing, if you have active strong glutes this will enable you to rotation efficiently through the back swing and down swing into a good stable finish. Here is a glute activation exercise.
